ORBSCANⅡ对慢性闭角型青光眼小梁切除术前后眼前节动态分析

Dynamic analysis of ORBSCAN Ⅱ on the anterior segment before and after chronic angle closure glaucoma trabeculectomy

目的:应用ORBSCANⅡ眼前节分析系统观察、比较小梁切除手术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼患者给眼前节带来的变化。方法:22例行小梁切除术的原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,共有22只患眼。观察小梁切除术前术后眼前节的动态变化。结果:慢性闭角型青光眼患者小梁切除术后早期患眼出现角膜增厚,患者接受手术后初期会存在顺规性散光、可逆性散光。结论:原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者的检查与治疗中,ORBSCANⅡ系统十分重要,可以为临床工作提供有效的资料,可以将其用于患者的临床常规检查中。

Objective:To apply ORBSCAN Ⅱ anterior segment analytic system to observe and compare the change of anteriorsegment by the trabeculectomy in the treatment of patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma.Methods:22 patients with primarychronic angle closure glaucoma with trabeculectomy were as the study objects,a total of 22 sick eyes.The dynamic change ofanterior segment were observed before and after trabeculectomy.Results:After trabeculectomy,the early sick eyes of patients withchronic angle closure glaucoma appeared corneal thickening.The patients had astigmatism with rule and reversible astigmatism onearly after operation.Conclusion:In the examination and treatment of primary chronic angle closure glaucoma patients, ORBSCANⅡ system is very important.It can provide effective information for the clinical work.It can be used for the clinical routineexamination of patients.
