血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压病的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of blood stasis resistance winding type hypertension

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压病的临床疗效。方法:450例瘀血阻络型高血压病患者作为本次试验的研究对象,根据其治疗形式,将患者分为对照组和研究组各225例,对照组给予一般西药治疗,研究组则在其基础上给予血府逐瘀汤的治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率78.67%,明显低于研究组的92.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血脂指标(TC、TG以及HDL-C)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压病的临床疗效显著,可使患者的血压得到有效的控制。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of blood stasis resistancewinding type hypertension.Methods:450 patients with blood stasis resistance winding type hypertension were as the study objectsof this experiment.According to the treatment forms,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group with 225cases in each.The control group was given general western medicine treatment.The study group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoctiontreatment on this basis.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of thecontrol group was 78.67%,which was significantly lower than 92.00% of the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipidindexes(TC,TG and HDL-C) of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of blood stasis resistance winding type hypertension has a significant clinical curativeeffect.It can make the patient's blood pressure to get effective control.
