结核病对患者血液中血脂四项的影响分析与研究

Study on the effect analysis of tuberculosis on blood lipid four items in patient's blood

目的:结核病患者血液中血脂四项的影响分析与研究。方法:对130例结核病患者以及140例正常人的总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)进行分析。结果:结核病组的HDL-C、LDL-C、TCH明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:结核病患者检测血液血脂四项的影响分析,对结核病的预防以及诊断有较为重要的指导性作用。

Objective:To study the effect analysis of blood lipid four items in the blood of tuberculosis patients.Methods:The totalcholesterol(TCH),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were analyzed in 130 patients with tuberculosis and 140 healthy people.Results:The HDL-C,LDL-C,TCH of patients intuberculosis groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect analysis of blood lipidfour items in the blood of tuberculosis patients has important guiding roles in the prevention and diagnosis of tuberculosis.
