动机性访谈对非瓣膜病房颤患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响

The effect of motivational interviewing on the compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation

目的:探讨动机性访谈对非瓣膜病心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗依从性的影响。方法:收治使用华法林治疗的心房颤动患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组行常规用药宣教,观察组在对照组基础上行动机性访谈干预,比较两组效果。结果:观察组对华法林抗凝治疗的依从性显著优于对照组,出血倾向发生率明显低于对照组,INR定期检测率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:动机性访谈能有效提高非瓣膜病心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗依从性,进而提高抗凝治疗的安全性及有效性,对提高华法林抗凝治疗的效果有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of motivational interviewing on the compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patientswith non valvular atrial fibrillation.Methods:80 patients with atrial fibrillation treated with warfarin were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was givenroutine medication education.The observation group was given the motivational interviewing intervention on the basis of thecontrol group.We compared the effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the compliance of anticoagulationtherapy was significantly better than the control group;the incidence of bleeding tendency was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group;the rate of INR was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Motivational interviewingcan effectively improve the compliance of anticoagulation therapy in patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation,and improve thesafety and efficacy of anticoagulation therapy.It had important significance to improve the effect of warfarin anticoagulationtherapy.
