会阴切口裂开16例原因分析及对策

Cause analysis and countermeasures of the rupture of the perineal incision in 16 cases

目的:探讨会阴切口裂开的原因及对策。方法:收治会阴切口裂开的产妇16例,与同期会阴切口甲级愈合的产妇16例进行比较。结果:导致会阴切口裂开的因素主要有助产技术不娴熟、缝合失误、未严格执行无菌操作技术及落实会阴清洁卫生工作、阴道炎、环境因素等。结论:提高助产人员助产技术和缝合水平,严格落实无菌操作技术,提高产妇自身健康意识,加强术后清洁卫生护理,可以有效减少会阴切口愈合不良,避免切口裂开。

Objective:To investigate the cause and countermeasures of the rupture of the perineal incision.Methods:16 patientswith rupture of the perineal incision were selected compared with 16 patients with grade a healing of perineal incision at the sameperiod.Results:The main factors leading to the rupture of the perineal incision were midwifery technology not skilled,suture failure,not strictly implement the aseptic operation technology and the implementation of the perineal cleaning and sanitation work,colitis,environmental factors and so on.Conclusion:Improving midwifery birth attendants and suture technique level,strict implementationof aseptic technique,improving maternal health consciousness,strengthen postoperative cleaning care can effectively reduce theperineal incision healing and avoid incision dehiscence.
