女性妇科疾病患者阴道分泌物中支原体的感染及药敏情况分析

Analysis of mycoplasma infection and antibiotic sensitivity test in vaginal secretions of patients with gynecological diseases

目的:探讨妇科疾病患者阴道分泌物中支原体的感染及药敏情况。方法:收集妇科疾病患者120例的阴道分泌物样本,进行支原体检测及药敏分析。结果:支原体阳性81例(67.5%),解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)及Uu+Mh混合感染的阳性率分别为45%、2.5%、20%。阿奇霉素、司巴沙星及左旋氧氟沙星的敏感性较高。结论:女性阴道分泌物支原体阳性感染率较高。阿奇霉素、司巴沙星及左旋氧氟沙星治疗支原体感染临床效果较好。

Objective:To explore the mycoplasma infection and antibiotic sensitivity test in vaginal secretions of patients withgynecological diseases.Methods:The vaginal secretion sample of 120 cases of patients with gynecological diseases were collected,the mycoplasma infection and antibiotic sensitivity were detected.Results:81 cases had positive mycoplasma(67.5% ),TheUreaplasma urealyticum(Uu)positive rate,Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and mixed infection of Uu+Mh positive rate were 45%,2.5%and 20% respectively.Azithromycin,sparfloxacin and levofloxacin had high sensitivity.Conclusion:Mycoplasma positive infectionrate was high in female vaginal secretions.Azithromycin,sparfloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of mycoplasma infectionhad better clinical effect.
