摘要 目的:探讨超声清创联合光子治疗仪在糖尿病足病中的治疗效果。方法:收治糖尿病足患者300例,随机平分成观察组、对照1组和对照2组,对照1组予机械能外科清创处理,对照2组应用超声清创进行治疗,观察组应用超声清创联合光子仪。结果:观察组总有效率及愈合时间与两个对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声清创联合光子治疗仪在糖尿病足病治疗中治愈率更高,愈合时间更短,疗效更显著。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic debridement combined with photon therapy in the treatmentof patients with diabetic foot disease.Methods:300 patients with diabetic foot disease were selected,they were randomly dividedinto the observation group,the control group one and the control group two.Patients in the control group one were treated bymechanical energy surgical debridement treatment,patients in the control group two were treated with ultrasonic debridement,while patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic debridement combined with photon therapy.Results:The totaleffective rate and healing time of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the two control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic debridement combined with photon therapy in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot disease withhigher cure rate,the healing time is shorter,the curative effect is more remarkable.
