眼外伤前房积血的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of eye injury anterior chamber hemorrhage

目的:探讨外伤性眼前房积血的临床疗效。方法:收治外伤性前房积血患者78例(78眼),回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:显微镜下出血4例,Ⅰ级26例,Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ级18例,Ⅳ级2例,治疗后视力恢复正常50眼,明显增进23眼,无增进5眼。结论:多数外伤性前房积血经保守治疗可获得良好的治疗效果,对有合并症及继发出血的患者给予积极、恰当的治疗,病情得到了缓解或治愈,避免视力的严重损害。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traumatic eye anterior chamber hemorrhage.Methods:78patients(78 eyes) with traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 4 cases of hemorrhage under a microscope,26 cases of Ⅰ grade,28 cases of Ⅱ grade,18 cases of Ⅲ grade,2cases of Ⅳ grade.50 eyes recovered normal after treatment,23 eyes were significantly improved,and 5 eyes were not improved.Conclusion:Most traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage can obtain good treatment effect by conservative treatment.The patientswith complications and secondary bleeding are treated with active and appropriate treatment,the condition has been relieved orcured,and the serious damage to vision is avoided.
