正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床应用效果

Clinical application of orthodontic treatment in oral rehabilitation

目的:探究正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法:收治出现牙齿间间隙的患者16例,随机分为两组。治疗组采用正畸治疗方法,对照组采用常规方法完成口腔修复。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、满意度和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的总有效率、满意度和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔修复中采用正畸治疗,不仅可以降低不良反应发生率,还可以保障口腔的美观性,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of orthodontic treatment in oral rehabilitation.Methods:16 patientswith dental gap were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,paitents in the treatment group were treated withorthodontic treatment,paitents in the control group used conventional method to complete the oral repair.We compared the clinicalefficacy,satisfaction and adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,satisfaction degree andadverse reaction rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences betweenthe two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment can not only reduce the incidence ofadverse reactions,but also protect the aesthetics of oral cavity,improve patient satisfaction in oral rehabilitation.
