互助献血的现状与利弊分析

The analysis of the situation and advantages and disadvantages of mutual blood donation

目的:本文对互助献血中临床用血现状、互助献血利与弊、开展互助献血的策略等几个方面进行总结,互助献血虽然可以解决一部分血液制品的不足,但效果有限,要从根本上解决血液制品问题,需要加大宣传,保护血液资源,并将重心放在如何多采集安全的血液上。

In this paper,we summarized the clinical use of blood in mutual blood donation,the advantages and disadvantages ofmutual blood donation,carry out the strategies of mutual blood donation.Although mutual blood donation can solve a part of bloodproducts,the effect is limited,to fundamentally solve the problem of blood products,we should increase publicity,protect bloodresources,and focus on how to collect as many and safe blood.
