腹腔引流管在普外科中的临床应用价值研究60例

The clinical application value research on 60 cases of abdominal cavity drainage tube in department of general surgery

目的:研究腹腔引流管在普外科中的临床应用价值。方法:收治普外科患者60例,随机平分为两组,观察组采用肝胆手术,对照组采用胆囊切除手术,并在治疗的过程中,对普外科患者所采用的腹腔引流管的临床作用以及术后并发症进行探讨。结果:与对照组相比,观察组普外科患者的痊愈率较高,并发症发生率较小。结论:腹腔引流管在普外科的临床应用上具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To research the clinical application value of abdominal cavity drainage tube in department of generalsurgery.Methods:60 patients in department of general surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the observation group received hepatobiliary operation,patients in the control group received cholecystectomy.In thecourse of treatment,we discussed the clinical effect and postoperative complications of the patients in general surgery departmenttreated by abdominal cavity drainage tube.Results:Compared with those of the control group,the cured rate was higher,theincidence rate of complications was lower of the patients in department of general surgery of the observation group.Conclusion:Thecurative effect of clinical application of abdominal cavity drainage tube in department of general surgery is good.
