注射用血栓通粉针联合依达拉奉治疗64例急性脑梗死的效果探讨

Curative effect discussion of Xue Shuan Tong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in 64 cases

目的:探讨注射用血栓通粉针联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者64例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各32例,两组均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组应用注射用血栓通粉针联合依达拉奉注射液,对照组只应用依达拉奉注射液,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,两组均无明显不良反应。结论:注射用血栓通粉针联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment ofacute cerebral infarction.Methods:64 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into thetreatment group and the control group with 32 cases in each.Two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment groupwas given Xue Shuan Tong injection combined with edaravone treatment,the control group was treated with edaravone injectiononly,we compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group,there was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong injectioncombined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was significant,the security was high.
