中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压的效果分析

Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment of resistant hypertension

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压的效果。方法:收治顽固性高血压患者220例,随机分成观察组和对照组各110例。对照组给予他汀类、阿司匹林肠溶片、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)、钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、利尿剂等,观察组在对照组的基础上进行临床分型和辨证施治,将顽固性高血压分为肝肾阴虚型、肝阳上亢型、阴阳两虚型和风痰湿阻型。比较两组患者的疗效。结果:两组患者在血压、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在TC、E2、Fbg、TRF方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination in the treatment ofresistant hypertension.Methods:220 patients with resistant hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into theobservation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The control group was given statins,aspirin enteric tablets,angiotensin receptor inhibitor(ARB),calcium ion antagonist and angiotensin angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI),diuretics and other.The observation group was given clinical classifications and dialectical therapy on the basis of the controlgroup.The resistant hypertension was divided into yin deficiency of liver and kidney type,liver-yang excess type,yin-yangdeficiency type and wind phlegm wet resistance type.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:There was nosignificant difference in blood pressure,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significantdifferences in TC,E2,Fbg and TRF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicinecombination in the treatment of resistant hypertension is significant.
