本文列举过敏性紫癜但被误诊为急性阑尾炎的患者3例,均表现为明显的腹痛症状出现于皮肤紫癜之前,对误诊原因进行探讨,并对腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特征进行总结。

This article lists 3 cases with allergic purpura but were misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis patients,all of themshowed obvious abdominal pain symptoms before skin purpura.We discussed the causes of misdiagnosis and summarized theclinical characteristics of abdominal type of allergic purpura.
