临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bronchial asthma

目的:探讨临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者临床护理中的应用意义和有效性。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者100例,随机平分成两组,观察组患者主要在临床护理路径模式下进行临床护理,对照组主要在分级护理模式下护理,观察两组护理的有效情况。结果:经过临床护理,观察组患者在住院平均时间和平均费用上明显少于对照组,而在患者肺部功能改善情况和临床护理满意情况上明显优于对照组。结论:临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者临床护理中不仅可以明显优化患者的临床住院相关指标,还可以在改善患者临床相关症状的基础上提高患者的护理满意度,效果较显著。

Objective:To explore the significance and effectiveness of clinical nursing path in the application of clinical care inpatients with bronchial asthma.Methods:100 patients with bronchial asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the twogroups on average,patients in the observation group with clinical nursing under clinical nursing path model,patients in the controlgroup mainly in the classification of nursing care mode,we observed the nursing effective situation of the two groups.Results:Afterclinical nursing,the average time and average cost of hospitalization of the observation group were significantly less than thecontrol group,and the improvement of pulmonary function in patients and clinical nursing satisfaction were significantly betterthan those in control group.Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway in the clinical nursing of patients with bronchial asthma can notonly optimize the clinical hospital related indicators,but also can improve the patients' clinical symptoms,improve patientsatisfaction,the effect is obvious.
