鼻窦炎患者采用循证护理干预的临床护理效果

Clinical nursing effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasosinusitis

目的:探讨循证护理对鼻窦炎患者的临床护理效果。方法:收治鼻窦炎患者60例,按照护理方式不同平分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上给予循证护理干预,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:对照组患者护理满意度(73.3%)明显低于观察组(96.7%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对鼻窦炎患者实施循证护理干预,不仅能有效提高患者的满意度,而且还能提高患者的整体护理质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasosinusitis.Methods:60patients with nasosinusitis were selected,according to the different nursing methods,they were divided into the two groups onaverage.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,patients in the observation group receivedevidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,the clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction of the control group(73.3%)was significantly lower than that of the observation group(96.7%),P<0.05with significant difference.Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with nasosinusitiscan not only improve the patients' satisfaction,but also improve the overall quality of nursing care.
