对手术室护理过程中危险因素的探讨与相关临床对策研究

Study on the risk factors and related clinical strategies of nursing in operation room

目的:探讨手术室护理过程中的危险因素及对策。方法:收治手术治疗患者180例,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行风险护理。结果:观察组危险因素发生率2.2%,明显低于对照组的12.2%(P<0.05)。结论:手术室管理因素、人员因素是导致护理风险的主要原因,开展护理风险管理可以明显提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the risk factors and related clinical strategies of nursing in operation room.Methods:180 patientswith operation were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given risk nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of risk factor of 2.2% was significantly lower than 12.2% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation room management factors and personnel factors were the main causes of nursing risk,carrying outnursing risk management can significantly improve the quality of care.
