摘要
目的:探讨分层次管理在临床护理管理中应用效果。方法:选取护理人员50名,随机平分为两组。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察组进行分层次护理管理,对比、分析两组护理人员的工作效率、工作积极性、护理质量及患者对两组人员的护理满意度。结果:观察组护理人员的护理质量、工作效率、积极性评分及满意度明显高于对照组;两组护理人员在进行管理之后,理论评分与操作评分较管理前均有提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层次管理在临床护理管理中应用能够促进护理人员自身专业水平的提高,进而提高护理质量以及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Methods:50nursing staff were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.We carried out routine nursing managementfor the control group,while staff in the observation group were taken hierarchical management.We compared and analyzed the twogroups of nursing staff's work efficiency,the work enthusiasm,the nursing quality and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the twogroups.Results:The nursing quality,work efficiency,positive scores and satisfaction degree of nursing staff in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group.After the management of the nursing staff in the two groups,the theoryscores and the scores of the operation were improved,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical managementin clinical nursing management can promote the improvement of the professional level of nursing staff,and then improve thequality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
