基层医院ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱认知水平的调查被引量：3

摘要目的调查基层医院ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)的认知现状,提高ICU-AW相关知识的掌握水平。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查分析150名基层医院ICU护士的ICU-AW认知水平。结果共发放问卷150份,回收有效问卷148份,有效回收率98.7%。认知问卷得分(18.4±4.8)分,其中ICU-AW诊断标准得分(3.1±0.8)分、临床表现(4.3±1.2)分、高危影响因素(4.9±1.3)分、干预措施(6.0±1.7)分;且低年资、低学历的护士对ICU-AW的掌握情况明显低于高年资、高学历护士。结论基层医院ICU护士ICU-AW认识水平低,医院应采取各项措施,不断提高护士的护理水平,早期落实干预措施。
