维持性血液透析患者透析过程中血浆容量变化与血压的关系

The relationship between plasma volume changing and blood pressure during hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者透析过程中血浆容量变化与血压的关系。方法:收治维持性透析患者40例,根据其透析前的血压情况分为正常组与高血压组。结果:高血压组透析后的收缩压明显高于透析前(P<0.05);两组患者透析前后的收缩压和透析前的舒张压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在维持性血液透析患者透析过程中,血浆容量的变化不会对患者透析前后的血压产生明显的影响;患者透析前后体重下降不能有效反映患者血浆容量的变化,且作为评判患者透析前后血压变化的指标具有局限性。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma volume changing and blood pressure during hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the normal group and the hypertension group according to the blood pressure before dialysis.Results:The systolic blood pressure after dialysis of the hypertensive group was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).The differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure before and after hemodialysis were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of maintenance hemodialysis,the changing on plasma volume has no obviously effect for patients’ blood pressure before and after dialysis;weight loss of patients before and after dialysis can not be an effective response for plasma volume changing,and it has limitations on evaluation blood pressure changing of patients before and after dialysis.
