GCS 13分以上颅脑损伤1230例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 1230 cases of brain injury with GCS above 13

目的:探讨GCS 13分以上脑颅损伤患者早期病情变化的特点,及早发现病情变化,为手术提供最佳手术时间。方法:收治GCS 13分以上脑颅损伤急性期患者1 230例,观察病情变化及处理方法。结果:1 230例患者中,161例病情稳定,263例病情恶化,行急诊手术治疗后痊愈。结论:对GCS 13分以上脑颅损伤患者急性期严密病情观察,及时发现病情变化,能为手术提供最佳时机,降低死亡率,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of early disease change of brain injury with GCS above 13,to find the early changes in the disease,and to provide the best operation time for surgery.Methods:1 230 cases of patients with acute brain injury with GCS above 13 were selected.We observed the change of the disease and its treatment method.Results:In 1 230 patients,161 patients had stable disease,263 patients had worsening of the disease,and they were cured by emergency surgery.Conclusion:For patients with acute brain injury with GCS above 13,close observation of the condition and timely detection of disease changes can provide the best opportunity for surgery,reduce mortality and reduce complications.
