多烯磷脂酰胆碱在原发性肝癌TACE术后保肝作用的研究

Study on the hepatoprotective effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine in primary hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE

目的:探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱在预防原发性肝癌术后肝损伤的作用。方法:收治原发性肝癌患者60例,随机分成对照组及治疗组,两组术后均给予水化治疗,治疗组在术后当天即加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱静脉滴注。结果:1周后治疗组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶及总胆红素较治疗前均明显下降,并且较对照组改善明显。结论:原发性肝癌患者在介入治疗的同时加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱可有效保护肝功能,可预防TACE导致的肝损伤,提高患者对栓塞化疗反应的耐受性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-phosphatidylcholine in the prevention of liver injury after primary liver cancer operation.Methods:60 cases with primary liver cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the two groups were treated with hydration,in addations,the treatment group were added the intravenous infusion of the phosphatidylcholine on the day after the operation.Results:In the treatment group,the level of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin after 1 week treatment were significantly decreased than before the treatment,and improved significantly when compared with the control group.Conclusion:Interventional treatment with multi-phosphatidylcholine on patients with primary liver cancer can protect the liver function effectively,and prevent the liver damage caused by TACE,improve the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy response.
