两种麻醉方式用于髋关节置换术的效果对照观察

Comparative observation on the effect of two kinds of anesthesia for hip replacement

目的:对髋关节置换术患者行两种不同麻醉方式,对比临床应用效果。方法:收治髋关节置换术患者80例,随机平分为两组。参照组行硬膜外麻醉,观察组行腰-硬联合麻醉,对比两组的麻醉效果。结果:观察组的麻醉起效时间明显短于参照组;而观察组的麻醉效果优良率100.00%,高于参照组的85.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术临床应用过程中,对患者行腰-硬联合麻醉,不仅麻醉起效快,而且麻醉效果显著,可以为患者的手术治疗创造良好环境。

Objective:To compare the clinical application effect of two kinds of anesthesia methods used in hip replacement patients.Methods:80 patients with hip replacement were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Epidural anesthesia was performed in the reference group,while combined spinal epidural anesthesia was applied in the observation group.We compared the effect of anesthesia in the two groups.Results:The onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group.The excellent anesthesia effect rate of patients in the observation group was 100% ,significantly higher than the reference group of 85% ,data advantage was very significant,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical application of hip replacement surgery,patients with spinal epidural anesthesia not only with the rapid onset of anesthesia,but also has the significant anesthesia effect,which can be used to create a good environment for patients with surgical treatment.
