洛索洛芬对类风湿关节炎患者炎症、类风湿因子及生活领域质量的影响

The influence of loxoprofen on the inflammation,rheumatoid factor and life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨洛索洛芬对类风湿关节炎患者炎症、类风湿因子及生活领域质量的影响。方法:收治类风湿关节炎患者84例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加服洛索洛芬钠片,治疗后比较两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)水平,并采用卡氏功能状态评分表(KPS)评价生活质量,记录不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后CRP、RF较对照组显著下降;观察组KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:洛索洛芬可降低类风湿关节炎患者炎症、类风湿因子水平,并改善其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the influence of loxoprofen on the inflammation,rheumatoid factor and life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received loxoprofen sodium tablets treatment based on the control group.After treatment,the serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP)and rheumatoid factor(RF)were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life was evaluated using the card's function state scale (KPS),the incidence of adverse reaction was recorded.Results:After treatment,the CRP and RF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Loxoprofen can reduce the level of inflammation and rheumatoid factor in rheumatoid arthritis patients and improve their quality of life.
