腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的近期疗效分析

Short term efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and open radical resection of rectal cancer in the treatment of rectal cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的近期疗效。方法:收治直肠癌患者54例,随机分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,比较两组近期疗效。结果:在腹腔镜组,各项观察指标与开腹组比较,差异都存在统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组并发症发生率明显低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术是治疗直肠癌的最佳选择。

Objective:To explore the short term efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and open radical resection of rectal cancer in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods:54 patients with rectal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the open group and the laparoscopic group.We compared the short-term efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the laparoscopic group,there were significant differences in the observation indexes with the open group(P<0.05).In the laparoscopic group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer was the best choice for the treatment of rectal cancer.
