内固定及人工关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果及安全性对比

Comparison on the effect and safety of internal fixation and artificial joint replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly

目的:对内固定以及人工关节置换术在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的治疗效果以及治疗安全性进行调查。方法:收治股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者76例,随机平分为两组,观察组采用人工关节置换术进行治疗,对照组采用内固定治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者有效率94.7%,高于对照组的81.6%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者并发症发生率5.3%,低于对照组的26.3%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:人工髋关节置换术在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的干预效果更为理想,安全性更高。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of internal fixation and artificial joint replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods:76 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the observation group was treated with artificial joint replacement,the control group was treated with internal fixation,the treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 94.7% higher than that of the control group of 81.6%,there was obvious difference,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.3% lower than that of the control group of 26.3%,there was obvious difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of artificial hip replacement in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is more ideal,with higher security.
