腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术与传统修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效对比研究

A comparative study on curative effect of laparoscopic extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia

目的:探讨对腹股沟疝患者分别选择腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术以及传统修补术治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:收治腹股沟疝患者60例。平分为两组。观察组采用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术;对照组采用传统疝修补术;对比两组效果以确定最佳的治疗方法。结果:通过对两组患者的临床手术时间、患者下床活动时间以及住院时间等指标加以观察对比发现,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对腹股沟疝患者,临床采用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术进行治疗,对患者造成的创伤小,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:60 patients with inguinal hernia were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was used laparoscopic extraperitoneal hernia repair for treatment,while the control group was used traditional hernia repair.We compared the effects of the two groups to determine the best treatment.Results:Through the compensation and observation of clinical operation time,patients got out of bed activity time and hospitalization time and other indicators of penitents in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The trauma of laparoscopic extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy in the clinical treatment for patients with inguinal hernia is small,with high security.
