剖宫产手术1172例指征分析

Indications of cesarean section in 1172 cases

目的:探讨降低剖宫产率的措施及方法。方法:收治行剖宫产术产妇1 172例,对其临床资料及手术指征进行分析。结果:前次剖宫产311例,胎位异常181例,发生胎儿窘迫95例,双胎21例,妊高征20例,产程异常76例,其他22例。因社会因素选择剖宫产341例。结论:剖宫产术的实施与产妇的手术指征密切相关,医护人员应通过对产妇产前情况到全面评估适当降低剖宫产率,提高产科服务质量,宣传正确的分娩观点。

Objective:To explore the measures and methods to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods:1 172 cases of maternal who had cesarean section were selected.We analyzed the clinical data and indications of operation of them.Results:Previous cesarean section in 311 cases,181 cases of abnormal fetal position,fetal distress in 95 cases,21 cases of twins,20 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,76 cases of abnormal labor,and other 22 cases.341 cases of cesarean section due to social factors.Conclusion:Cesarean section operation implementation and maternal indications for surgery are closely related.The medical staff should by of prenatal maternal to comprehensively assess the appropriate to reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve quality of obstetrical service and advocacy of the right delivery point of view.
