妊娠晚期未足月胎膜早破临床分析

Clinical analysis of premature rupture of membranes in the late period of pregnancy without full term

目的:探讨妊娠晚期未足月胎膜早破成因及临床治疗。方法:收治妊娠晚期未足月胎膜早破患者30例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:胎膜早破主要由感染、子宫发育、子宫颈功能、宫腔内压等因素造成,阴道分泌物p H值测定检查均存在阴道排液情况。结论:妊娠晚期未足月胎膜早破是多种因素造成的,破膜后必须及时分娩,确保母婴健康。

Objective:To explore the causes and clinical treatment of premature rupture of membranes in the late period of pregnancy without full term.Methods:30 patients with premature rupture of membranes in the late period of pregnancy without full term were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Premature rupture of membranes were mainly caused by infection,uterine development,cervical function,intrauterine pressure,vaginal drainage was found in all cases by determination of pH value of vaginal secretion.Conclusion:Premature rupture of membranes in the late period of pregnancy without full term was caused by a variety of factors,after premature rupture of membranes,the patients must be delivered in a timely manner to ensure the health of mother and infant.
