鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis

目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组接受鼻内镜手术治疗,观察两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%;观察组并发症发生率15.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性鼻窦炎患者,采用鼻内镜手术治疗,有利于减轻临床症状,减小并发症,安全、可靠。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:120 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given routine surgical treatment.The observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 80% of the control group.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 15%,which was lower than 40.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with chronic sinusitis,using nasal endoscopic surgery is conducive to reduce the clinical symptoms,reduce the complications.It is safe and reliable.
