奥硝唑联合漱口液预防口腔颌面部感染临床观察

Clinical observation of ornidazole combined with collutory in the prevention of oral and maxillofacial infection

目的:探讨奥硝唑联合漱口液预防口腔颌面部手术后感染的效果。方法:收治口腔颌面部手术患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予奥硝唑氯化钠注射液。观察组在此基础上给予双氯芬酸钠漱口液。对比两组患者感染、不良反应、住院时间等。结果:观察组感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组检出株数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑联合双氯芬酸钠漱口液预防口腔颌面部手术后感染能够降低临床感染率,缩短治疗时间,安全、可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of ornidazole combined with collutory in the prevention of the infection after oral and maxillofacial operation.Methods:120 patients with oral and maxillofacial operation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each.The control group was given ornidazole and sodium chloride injection.The observation group was given diclofenac sodium collutory on the basis.The infections, adverse reactions and hospitalization times of two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detection tree number of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole combined with diclofenac sodium collutory in the prevention of the infection after oral and maxillofacial operation can reduce the clinical infection rate,shorten the treatment time.It is safe and reliable.
