五水头孢唑啉钠与喜炎平合用治疗急性支气管炎的安全性及疗效观察

Safety and curative effect observation of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of acute bronchitis

目的:观察五水头孢唑啉钠与喜炎平合用治疗急性支气管炎的安全性及临床疗效。方法:收治急性支气管炎患儿86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予五水头孢唑啉钠治疗,观察组给予五水头孢唑啉钠联合喜炎平治疗,比例两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五水头孢唑啉钠与喜炎平合用治疗急性支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效,且药物不良反应较小。

Objective:To observe the safety and clinical curative effect of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods:86 children patients with acute bronchitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each.The control group was given cefazolin sodium pentahydrate treatment.The observation group was given cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Xiyanping treatment.The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of acute bronchitis has better clinical curative effect,and the drug adverse reaction is less.
