保妇康栓联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的效果观察

Curative effect observation of baofukang suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion

目的:探讨保妇康栓联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的效果。方法:收治宫颈糜烂患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组给予微波治疗,观察组给予保妇康联合微波治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率95.5%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、脱痂出血发生率及阴道排液持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保妇康栓联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效较好,能加快患者的康复进程。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of baofukang suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion.Methods:90 cases of patients with cervical erosion were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given microwave treatment,and the observation group was given baofukang suppository combined with microwave treatment.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,incidence of bleeding during decrustation,duration of vaginal discharge in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Baofukang suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion had better clinical curative effect,which could accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.
