干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease

目的:探讨干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法:收治手足口病患儿90例,采用随机数字表法分为3组,甲组采用干扰素治疗,乙组采用炎琥宁治疗,丙组采用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗。结果:甲组有效率73.33%,乙组有效率70.0%,丙组有效率90.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病具有良好的临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:90 children with hand foot and mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups,A group with interferon therapy,B group with Yanhuning treatment,C group with interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment.Results:The effective rate in the A group was 73.33%,70% the B group,90%in the C group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease has good clinical effect.
