喜炎平联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病患者疗效及对细胞因子的影响研究

Study on Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease and its influence on cytokines

目的:探讨喜炎平联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对细胞因子的影响。方法:收治小儿手足口病患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组采用阿昔洛韦注射液联合喜炎平治疗,对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗。结果:观察组有效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后IL-2、IL-6、CRP、INF-γ水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病可显著降低细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、CRP、INF-γ水平,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease and its impact on cytokine.Methods:70 children with hand foot and mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group were given acyclovir injection combined with Xiyanping injection,while in the control group were treated with acyclovir.Results:The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-2,IL-6,CRP and INF-y in the observation group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease can reduce the levels of cytokines including IL-2,IL-6,CRP and INF-y significantly.It has remarkably curative effect.
