摘要
目的:探讨三维脑电地形图在脑梗死诊断中的应用效果。方法:分析脑梗死患者300例的脑电地形图资料,总结脑电地形图的特点。结果:患侧α、β、δ、θ、(δ+θ)/(α+β)、θ/β、δ%、θ%高于健侧,α%、β%低于健侧,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维脑电地形图具有无创、可重复性强等优点,对诊断脑梗死具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional brain electrical activity mapping in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:The brain electrical activity mapping data of 300 cases of patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed and the characteristics of the brain electrical activity mapping were summarized.Results:α,β,δ,θ,(δ+θ)/(α+β),θ/β,δ%,θ% in the affected side were higher than those in the unaffected side and α%,β% were lower than those in the unaffected side,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional brain electrical activity mapping had the advantages of noninvasiveness and repeatability,which had important clinical significance for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
