Study on the effect of hemolysis specimen on biochemical test results

目的:研究、分析溶血标本对血生化检验结果的相关影响。方法:采集血液标本200份,统计其中溶血标本的份数,再进行复检,并与非溶血标本的检验结果进行对比。结果:在本次选取的200份血液标本中溶血标本68份,溶血标本检验结果中ALP降低,而ALT、AST、LDH、TP、K+以及CHOL检验结果升高,与非溶血标本比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溶血标本对某些生化指标的检验结果存在严重的影响,继而可能影响临床诊治的结果。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of hemolysis specimen on blood biochemical test results.Methods:200 blood samples were collected.We counted the number of samples of hemolysis,then took reexamination,and the test results were compared with the non hemolytic specimens.Results:There were 68 hemolysis samples in 200 blood samples,ALP decreased,and ALT,AST,LDH,TP,K + and CHOL test results increased in hemolysis test results,compared with non hemolytic specimens,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemolysis samples have serious influence on the test results of some biochemical indexes, which may influence the results of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
