品管圈活动在提高病区环境整洁度中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in the improvement of the ward environment cleanliness

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高病区环境整洁度中的作用。方法:成立品管圈活动组织,选定提高病区环境整洁度为主题,拟定活动计划,分析影响病区环境整洁度的原因,制定对策进行整改,并对品管圈活动实施前后的指标进行评价。结果:本次品管圈活动提高了病区环境整洁度。结论:实施品管圈活动,有利于标准化护理流程的制定,提高了工作效率和工作质量,改善了病区环境,提高了医生、护士、患者的满意度。

Objective:To explore the role of quality control circle activities in the improvement of the ward environment cleanliness.Methods:The quality control circle organization was established.The improvement of the ward environment cleanliness was selected as the theme.The activity program was made.The reasons of influence of ward environment cleanliness were analyzed.The measures were formulated for rectification,and the indexes were evaluated before and after the implementation of quality control circle activities.Results:The quality control circle activities improved the ward environment cleanliness.Conclusion:The implementation of quality control circle activities is conducive to the formulation of standardized nursing process,improve the work efficiency and work quality,improve the ward environment,improve the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
