摘要
目的:探讨神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者的整体护理方式。方法:收治颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者55例,均予以整体护理干预,观察干预效果。结果:护理后,3例出现皮下红肿,2例出现低血压,对症处理后均康复出院。护理后,焦虑评分和生活质量评分明显优于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:整理护理干预能改善患者生活质量,保证患者治疗安全。
Objective:To explore the holistic nursing of interventional treatment for intracranial aneurysms in neurosurgery.Methods:55 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with interventional treatment were selected,and they were given holistic nursing intervention.We observed the effect of intervention.Results:After nursing,3 cases had subcutaneous swelling,and 2 cases had low blood pressure.After symptomatic treatment,they all recovered and discharged.After care,the anxiety score and quality of life score were significantly better than before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients and ensure the safety of patients.
