肺结核患者的规范化治疗和管理

Exploration of standardized treatment and management for patients with tuberculosis

目的:探讨肺结核患者的规范化治疗和管理。方法:总结结核病患者的发现、报告、检查、治疗、督导管理等各项工作。结果:收治肺结核患者131例,均进行了规范化治疗和管理。初治涂阳患者治愈率达95%以上,取得了显著的效果。结论:尽早发现、报告肺结核患者及加强督导管理可提高肺结核的阴转率。

Objective:To explore the standardized treatment and management for patients with tuberculosis.Methods:The work was summarized,such as the discovery of patients with tuberculosis,reporting,inspection,treatment,supervision and management.Results:131 cases of patients with tuberculosis were treated with standardized treatment and management.The cure rate of patients with initial smear positive reached above 95% ,which had remarkable effect.Conclusion:Detecting and reporting of patients with tuberculosis early and strengthening supervision and management could improve the negative conversion rate of tuberculosis.
