医院护理管理措施的实施与有效性调查

Investigation on the implementation and effectiveness of hospital nursing management measures

目的:调查护理管理措施的实施和有效性。方法:收集护理风险事件患者100例,分析护理风险的原因,探讨提高医院护理管理措施的有效性。结果:护理不当78例(78.%),由于护理人员自身责任意识淡薄导致的护理风险事件占44.8%。患者自身原因造成的护理风险事件22例(22.0%)。结论:针对护理工作中常发生的问题采用护理管理措施,只有医院护理管理措施具有针对性,才能提高护理管理工作的质量,降低护理风险事件发生率。

Objective:To investigate the implementation and effectiveness of nursing management measures.Methods:100 patients with nursing risk event were collected.The reasons of nursing risk were analyzed.The effectiveness of improving hospital nursing management measures was discussed.Results:78 cases(78%) were improper nursing.The nursing risk events caused by the weak self responsibility consciousness of nurses accounted for 44.8% .22 cases(22% ) of nursing risk events were caused by patient's own reasons.Conclusion:The nursing management measures are adopted aiming at the problems in nursing work.Only the hospital nursing management measures have pertinence that can improve the quality of nursing management work,reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk events.
