降压药在老年高血压患者中的临床药学分析

Clinical pharmacy analysis of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension

目的:分析在老年高血压患者中有关降压药的临床特点。方法:收治老年高血压患者2 000例,统计患者的基本用药情况、治疗效果和不良反应现象。结果:老年患者使用最多的3种降压药分别是缬沙坦、氯氨地平、贝那普利,在治疗1个星期后,发现患者收缩压和舒张压的控制率达到平稳状态,收缩压和舒张压的控制和之前相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者服用降压药后出现的情况基本规范正常,有部分患者会出现不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:2 000 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.The basic medication,treatment effect and adverse reaction of thepatients were collected.Results:The using of the three highest antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients were valsartan,amlodipine,benazepril.After 1 weeks of treatment,the control rate of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was found to reach asteady state,and the control of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the patients had statistical significance compared withbefore the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The situation of elderly patients with hypertensive taking antihypertensive drugs isbasical norms.Some patients will appear adverse reactions.
