无创呼吸机在救治重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸衰竭中的效果分析

Effect analysis of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨无创呼吸机在救治重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸衰竭中的临床疗效。方法:收治重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组仅给予内科对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组显效22例(55.0%),有效15例(37.5%),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者在内科对症治疗的基础上给予无创呼吸机治疗能够明显改善患者的血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压等指标,改善患者的临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure inpatients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease combined with respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup with 40 cases in each.The control group was only given internal medicine symptomatic treatment.The observation group wasgiven noninvasive ventilator treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,22 cases(55% ) were markedly effective;15 cases(37.5% ) were effective.The total effective ratewas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of internal medicine symptomatictreatment,the patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure are given noninvasiveventilator treatment that can significantly improve the blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxidepressure of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The curative effect is remarkable.
