脑卒中并发癫痫对患者认知功能影响的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between cerebral stroke complicated with epilepsy on cognitive function

目的:探讨脑卒中并发癫痫对认知功能影响的相关性。方法:收治脑卒中患者256例,脑卒中并发癫痫患者62例为癫痫组,脑卒中无并发癫痫患者194例为非癫痫组,两组均采用视频脑电图及简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)判断认知功能受损情况。结果:两组的视频脑电图结果及MMSE评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,癫痫组认知功能有所改善。结论:脑卒中并发癫痫对认知功能受损具有一定影响,早期诊断和治疗对患者的认知功能恢复有一定的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the correlation between cerebral stroke complicated with epilepsy on cognitive function.Methods:256 patients with stroke were selected.Among them,62 cases with epilepsy were as epilepsy group,and 194 cases without epilepsywere as non epilepsy group.Two groups were given video EEG and simple mental state examination scale(MMSE) to determine thecognitive impairment.Results:There were significant differences between groups in video EEG and MMSE scores(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the cognitive function of the epilepsy group was improved.Conclusion:Stroke complicated with epilepsy had a certainimpact on cognitive impairment.Early diagnosis and treatment had certain clinical significance to cognitive function recovery inpatients.
