重组人表皮生长因子治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

Curative effect observation of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的:探讨重组人表皮生长因子治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法:收治手足口病患儿120例,随机分为3组。对照组给予2%碘甘油治疗,治疗1组给予维生素B2粉末调和鱼肝油治疗,治疗2组给予金因肽治疗,比较3组临床效果。结果:治疗2组总有效率高于治疗1组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2组的溃疡愈合时间明显短于治疗1组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。治疗2组进食改善时间短于治疗1组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人表皮生长因子治疗手足口病临床效果较好,有助于口腔溃疡处黏膜的愈合。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of childrenwith hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:120 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into three groupsrandomly.The control group was treated with 2% iodine glycerin,the treatment group 1 was treated with vitamin B2 powder mixedcod liver oil,the treatment group 2 was treated with genetime,the clinical effect of the 3 groups was compared.Results:The totaleffective rate of the treatment group 2 were higher than that of the treatment group 1 and the control group,the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of ulcer in the treatment group 2 were significantly shorter than that in thetreatment group 1 and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01,P<0.05).The improvement time offeeding in the treatment group 2 were shorter than that in the treatment group 1 and the control group,the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of children withhand-foot-mouth disease had better clinical effect,which was helpful to the healing of oral ulcer.
