RPH配合传统外剥内扎法治疗混合痔患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of RPH combined with traditional peeling outside and ligation inside method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid patients

目的:观察RPH配合传统外剥内扎法治疗混合痔患者的临床效果。方法:收治混合痔患者187例,根据不同治疗方式分为对照组92例和观察组95例,对照组给予传统外剥内扎法,观察组给予RPH配合传统外剥内扎法治疗,比较两组手术疗效和并发症。结果:对照组的手术时间、创面愈合时间明显长于观察组,且出血量多于观察组(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症明显多于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:采用RPH配合传统外剥内扎法治疗混合痔患者临床疗效良好,能有效提高患者手术效率及术后恢复效率,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of RPH combined with traditional peeling outside and ligation inside methodin the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid patients.Methods:187 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected.They were divided intothe control group with 92 cases and the observation group with 95 cases according to the different treatment modes.The controlgroup was given traditional peeling outside and ligation inside method.The observation group was given RPH combined withtraditional peeling outside and ligation inside method.The operation curative effects and complications of two groups werecompared.Results:The operation time and wound healing time of the control group were significantly longer than those of theobservation group,and the amount of bleeding was more than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The postoperativecomplication of the control group was significantly more than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using RPHcombined with traditional peeling outside and ligation inside method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid patients has a goodclinical effect,can effectively improve the operation efficiency and postoperative recovery efficiency of patients,reduce theoccurrence of complications.
