负压封闭引流技术在创伤骨科术后感染中的应用

Application of vacuum sealing drainage in postoperative infection of trauma department of orthopedics

目的:分析和探讨在治疗过程中采取负压封闭引流技术的价值和意义。方法:收治于创伤骨科治疗的患者100例,随机平分为两组,试验组应用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,对照组采取传统方法对伤口进行治疗,比较不同治疗措施对患者换药次数、住院时间以及抗生素费用的影响。结果:试验组换药次数、住院时间以及抗生素费用和对照组相比更占优势,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创伤骨科术后感染患者选取负压封闭引流技术方案进行治疗,疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the value and significance of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment process.Methods:100 patients treated in trauma department of orthopedics were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groupson average.The experimental group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage technology,while the control group was taken thetraditional method to treat the wound.We compared the effects of different treatments on the times of dressing change,length ofstay,and the cost of antibiotics.Results:The number of dressing changes,hospital stay and the cost of antibiotics of the experimentalgroup were better than the control group.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theeffect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with postoperative infection in the trauma department of orthopedicsis significant.
