上尿路结石体外碎石影响因素及治疗对策探析

Influence factors and treatment countermeasures of extracorporeal lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with upper urinary tract calculi

目的:对上尿路结石体外碎石影响因素进行探讨。方法:收治上尿路结石体外碎石患者72例,总结影响体外碎石的因素。结果:体外碎石成功患者67例,均得到治愈;影响体外碎石的因素主要有手术设备、结石及手术技术等方面。结论:对于上尿路结石可采取体外碎石,临床效果良好,但是要注意设备、技术及患者结石病情等对体外碎石的影响,采取积极有效的治疗对策。

Objective:To investigate the influence factors of extracorporeal lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi.Methods:72patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated by extracorporeal lithotripsy were selected.The factors that affect theextracorporeal lithotripsy were summarized.Results:Extracorporeal lithotripsy success in 67 cases,they were all get cure.The mainfactors affecting the extracorporeal lithotripsy include surgical equipment,calculus and surgical techniques and so on.Conclusion:For patients with upper urinary tract calculi can be treated by extracorporeal lithotripsy,the clinical effect is good,however,attention should be paid to the influence of equipment,technology and the patient's stone condition on extracorporeal lithotripsy,take active and effective treatment measures.
