单一节段椎弓根钉固定治疗多发胸腰椎骨折的临床应用研究

Clinical application exploration of single segmental pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of multiple thoracolumbar fractures

目的:探讨单一节段椎弓根钉固定治疗多发胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治多发胸腰椎骨折患者12例作为观察组,给予单一节段椎弓根钉固定治疗。同期收治多发胸腰椎骨折患者24例,随机分为两组。对照1组给予短节段椎弓根钉固定,对照2组给予长节段椎弓根钉固定,比较3组临床疗效。结果:观察组手术切口较小,出血量较少,手术创伤小,手术时间较短。观察组术后脊柱活动度逐渐改善,术后12个月接近正常。对照2组术后脊柱活动度无变化。结论:单一节段椎弓根钉固定治疗多发胸腰椎骨折临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of single segment pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of multiplethoracolumbar fractures.Methods:12 cases of patients with multiple thoracolumbar fractures were as the observation group,whichwas treated with single segment pedicle screw fixation.In the same period,24 cases of patients with multiple thoracolumbarfractures were divided into two groups randomly.The control group 1 was given short segment pedicle screw fixation,and thecontrol group 2 was treated with long segment pedicle screw fixation.The clinical effect of 3 groups were compared.Results:Theobservation group had smaller incision,less bleeding,less surgical trauma and shorter operation time.The postoperative spinalmobility of the observation group was improved gradually and was close to normal in 12 months after operation.The postoperativespinal mobility of the control group 2 had no changes.Conclusion:Single segment pedicle screw fixation in the treatment ofmultiple thoracolumbar fractures had significant clinical effect.
