营养支持治疗对艾滋病患者12例外周血细胞的影响效果分析

Effect of nutritional support treatment on peripheral blood cells of 12 patients with AIDS

目的:探讨营养支持治疗对艾滋病患者外周血细胞的效果影响。方法:收治患艾滋病患者12例,对其进行临床、外血细胞检查。观察治疗过程的效果,进一步分析产生的影响。结果:艾滋病患者12例均显示外周血细胞逐步减少,各项指标均为下降趋势。不同阶段还伴有不同程度的贫血症状。艾滋病患者随着CD4细胞计数的下降,患者贫血加重。营养支持治疗相对安全、有效。结论:外周血细胞异常是艾滋病患者常见的病症,病毒产生的影响扰乱辅助血细胞的造血调节功能,营养支持治疗对艾滋病患者相对安全、有效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nutritional support treatment on peripheral blood cells of 12 patients with AIDS.Methods:12 patients with AIDS were selected.We performed clinical and peripheral blood cell tests in all patients,observed theeffect of the treatment process,and analyzed the influence of the treatment process.Results:12 cases of AIDS patients had shown aprogressive reduction of peripheral blood cells,and all indicators had declining trend.Different stages were also associated with thedegree of anemia symptoms.With the decline of CD4 cell count in AIDS patients,lead to anemia aggravation.Nutritional supporttreatment was relatively safe and effective.Conclusion:Peripheral blood cell abnormalities are common in AIDS patients.The virusdisrupt the hematopoietic regulation function of auxiliary blood cells.Nutritional support treatment for AIDS patients is relativelysafe and effective.
